Venue location

City Maps:

Krakow Glowny is Krakow’s central railway station, in a central location that is a short distance from the Old Town historic district, and 1,000 meters from the city’s central square. Further information is available at:

Hotel Booking

There are many hotels proximal to the conference venue, easily reachable within short walking distance. Hotels vary in price with many very good value ioptions by international standards.

Our local colleagues in Krakow have asked that we highlight that the symposium time is considered part of ‘high season’ in Krakow as schools have not yet returned and because of pleasant weather conditions at that time of year.

Therefore hotels, particularly those in the central locations, fill quickly, and the best choice (and value) is a function of early booking. The committee have asked that we stress the importance of participants booking their accommodation early for this reason, in order that they secure not only the best location, but also some of the excellent value options available.
